Acceptance of Terms

By adding AeroNova to your Discord server, using any of its commands, or accessing any feature of the bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately remove the bot from your server and discontinue all use.

These Terms apply to all users, server administrators, and anyone who interacts with AeroNova in any capacity. Use of this service constitutes full acceptance of all terms described herein.

Description of Service

AeroNova is a Discord music bot that provides high-fidelity audio streaming within Discord voice channels. The service includes:

• Music playback from YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, Deezer, and other supported platforms
• Audio filters including bassboost, nightcore, 8D, karaoke, equalizer, and more
• Queue management, playlist creation, and playback controls
• Server-specific configuration including prefix, DJ roles, and setup channels
• Premium features available via paid subscription (Basic & Pro tiers)

Eligibility

To use AeroNova, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Discord)
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times
• Have the necessary permissions to add bots to the Discord server in question

By using the bot, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Permitted & Prohibited Use

You are permitted to use AeroNova for personal, community, and non-commercial Discord server entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and Discord's own policies.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the bot or its infrastructure
• Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to abuse commands or spam the bot
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing access to AeroNova or its Premium features
• Using AeroNova to infringe upon any third party's intellectual property or copyright
• Attempting to disrupt, overwhelm, or take down the bot's hosting, nodes, or database
• Impersonating the developer or AeroNova staff in any context
• Sharing Premium access credentials or bypassing subscription checks

Premium Subscriptions & Payments

AeroNova offers optional Premium tiers to unlock advanced features:

• Basic Plan — ₹99/month per server: Includes 50-song queue, all 13 audio filters, custom playlists, DJ role controls, 24/7 voice mode, and autoplay.
• Pro Plan — ₹199/month per server: Includes everything in Basic plus unlimited queue, priority support, early feature access, and advanced equalizer.

Premium is activated on a per-server basis using the +premium command. Subscriptions are billed monthly and must be renewed to maintain access. Premium features will be immediately restricted upon expiry of the subscription period.

Payments are processed via the method indicated at time of purchase (UPI/QR). By subscribing, you authorize the charge for the applicable plan tier.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable unless the bot was completely non-functional for the entire subscription period due to a fault on our end.

Refund requests may be considered (at sole developer discretion) in the following exceptional cases:

• The bot experienced a confirmed outage of more than 7 consecutive days due to our infrastructure failure
• A duplicate charge was made due to a payment processing error
• A request is made within 24 hours of purchase and no Premium commands were used

Intellectual Property

The AeroNova bot, its source code, branding, logo, website, and all associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer (Sarthak, known as @darlingismyfavword). All rights reserved.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works based on AeroNova's codebase or branding without explicit written permission from the developer.

Audio content streamed through AeroNova remains the property of the respective rights holders. AeroNova makes no claim of ownership over any streamed music or media.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AeroNova is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly timed service.

• We are not responsible for Discord outages, API rate limits, or changes to Discord's platform that affect the bot's functionality
• We are not responsible for Lavalink node outages or third-party streaming platform availability
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service
• Maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for your current active subscription period

Termination

The developer reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to AeroNova at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at the developer's sole discretion.

You may terminate your use of AeroNova at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server using the standard Discord server settings. Removal of the bot cancels all active Premium features; no prorated refunds are issued.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Major changes may be announced in the support server.

Continued use of AeroNova after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you must remove the bot and discontinue use.
